Rent a tent!

Some rules:

1. The maximum leasing period is from Saturday July 29th at 13:00 to Sunday August 6th at 13:00.
2. The price is the same for every time of leasing period.
3. To hire a tent you need to fill out a form below and pay a rent fee (prices above) by Friday 14th July. You will receive the details of payment on the confirmation e-mail.
4. At the convention you will be asked for a deposit in the same amount that renting price. The deposit will be returned at the end of leasing period. Tents returned damaged, missing poles or excessively dirty, could mean the loss of your deposit.
5. We are not responsible for damage or theft of your belongings.
6. You are considered to have returned the leased tent when it is checked by authorised person.
