Week tickets

Week tickets are valid for all days of the EJC (29.07.-06.08.2023). They include access to all EJC-areas, all events and the campsite. Week ticket does not include the Gala Show ticket.

Tickets are sold in several phases. This year, all tickets are available from the start of registration, and the phases will close one by one over time – you’re helping us a lot by buying your ticket as early as possible!

You can decide at what price you will buy the ticket – e.g. by registering at the beginning of May, you can choose the ticket in the cheapest version, or, if you can afford it, in a higher one, from later phases, supporting financially the convention. This year it is especially important, thank you in advance for your generosity!

Prices:

You should know that the EJC is not a commercial event –  it is organized by volunteers and has no big sponsors. This year’s EJC is in an even more unique situation because three months before the event, it was moved from Ireland to Poland. Despite everything, we want the convention to be financially accessible and we believe in the solidarity of the circus community. Day tickets
Day tickets are valid from midnight (00:00 am) until noon (12:00 pm) on the following day. Day tickets include access to all EJC-areas, events, and camping. Day tickets do not include a ticket for the gala show. However, tickets for the gala show are sold separately. Day tickets are sold at one price – 45€; there is no discount.

Gala show tickets

A regular ticket to the Gala costs 15€, a reduced ticket is 9€

For children up to 4 years old, sitting on the guardian’s lap, you need a free ticket.

You can choose between 3 dates (each show presents the same artistic program):

Gala I: Friday 04.08, 17:00 

Gala II: Friday 04.08, 20:00 

Gala III: Saturday 05.08, 17:00 

If you are planning to become a volunteer

This year our policy will be to refund the ticket after the event, rather than provide free tickets beforehand for our full-time volunteers. For more information about this please contact us at volunteers@ejc2023.org.
